The Tourism Information Support System of the Community Enterprise Group of Kin Khao Sao Huean Sa Som Homestay, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract
This article aims to study and create a tourism information support system and to study tourist satisfaction before and after using the support system of Kin Khao Sao Huean Sa Som Homestay Community Enterprise, Ubon Ratchathani Province. Mixed methods were used in this research, including qualitative research. Key informants were 20 Kin Khao Sao Huean Sa Som Homestay Community Enterprise and involved government and private agencies, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected from small-group discussions. For quantitative research, samples were 50 tourists and support system users, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the questionnaire on the satisfaction with the use of the tourism support system. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, mean, percentage, standard deviation, and paired samples T-test. The results of the study are presented as follows: 1) The tourism information support system involves designing and developing geographic information systems (GIS) using collected data to display homestays, shops, and maps of nearby tourist attractions. The system could easily display various information and illustrations via QR code, allowing tourists to use their smartphones to access and search for information. 2) The results of the study of satisfaction before and after using the tourism information support system found that tourist satisfaction before and after providing the tourism support system consisted of products and services, participation, marketing, process, and organization, with a significant difference at 0.05. It was found that after providing a tourism information support system, the tourist satisfaction was higher than before providing the tourism information support system.
