บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและสร้างระบบสนับสนุนข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยว และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวก่อนและหลังการใช้ระบบสนับสนุนข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนกินข้าวเซาเฮือนซะซอมโฮมสเตย์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนกินข้าวเซาเฮือนซะซอมโฮมสเตย์ หน่วยงานภาครัฐและหน่วยงานภาคเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 20 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลจากการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย และวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักท่องเที่ยวหรือผู้ใช้งานระบบสนับสนุน จำนวน 50 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ระบบสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า Paired samples T-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบสนับสนุนข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวโดยการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ โดยใช้ระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ (GIS) มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลบ้านพักโฮมสเตย์ ร้านค้า รวมถึงแผนที่แสดงแหล่งท่องเที่ยวใกล้เคียง ซึ่งระบบสามารถแสดงรายละเอียดข้อมูลต่าง ๆ พร้อมภาพประกอบผ่านทาง QR Code ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถใช้สมาร์ทโฟนในการเข้าถึงและสืบค้นข้อมูลได้ง่าย 2) ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจก่อนและหลังการใช้ระบบสนับสนุนข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยว พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวมีความพึงพอใจก่อนและหลัง มีระบบสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยวเที่ยวประกอบด้วย ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านการตลาด ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านองค์กร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยพบว่าหลังมีระบบสนับสนุนข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยว มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าก่อนมีระบบสนับสนุนข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยว
