Abstract

The academic article aimed to present 1. The characteristics of school administration in the digital era of leadership that affect executive leadership and 2. The characteristics of school administration in the digital era of leaders, including the direction of driving school administration in the digital era, which has high competencies for competition with other organizations efficiently and effectively. 1. The characteristics of the school administration in the digital era of leadership. The leadership was important in the administration, and the driving organization successfully consisted of 1) defining which was needed changing, 2) planning for changing, and 3) promoting personnel in the organization to know about digital technology, which was the role for changing. 2. The direction of effective school administration in the digital era. The administrator must know the various usefulness of technology or innovation related to the change. The administrator who had the leadership in the digital era could operate in the organization efficiently and effectively by realizing other factors were: 1) the strategy and the vision of the organization; 2) the capacity of personnel in the organization to know the various usefulness of technology, design thinking, and flexible working effectively; and 3) the organizational culture, which had the readiness for change and flexibility in the operation.
