Abstract

This Article aimed to study 1) the competency of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office. 2)Competency components of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, This research is a mixed one. The research sample consisted of 400 school directors under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, as determined by Krejcie & Morgan tables and by multi-stage random sampling. Collect data, including questionnaires, statistics used in data analysis, including the mean, standard deviation, and exploratory component analysis. The sample was a school administrator, and the instrument for collecting data was a 5 Rating Scale. The statistical items used for data analysis were the Mean and Standard deviation. Analysis of data was done by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. The research results were found as follows: 1) the condition competencies of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas overall were at the highest level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.70, SD = .417). 2) Competency components of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office; there were 5 components, 96 indicators.
