Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Personnel Administration of Private Schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

A quantitative research study on the leadership of school administrators affecting personnel administration of private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is being conducted. This study aimed to study the leadership of school administrators affecting the personnel administration of private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and the correlation between administrator leadership and the personnel administration of private school teachers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The sample group used in this research was 200 private school teachers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The research tool was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.998 for the whole issue. Descriptive statistics analyze data, and inferential statistics use statistical analysis of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results revealed that the overall leadership level of school administrators was average. Moreover, when considering each aspect, it was found that the persuasive aspect was at a high average level. Motivating others to work with confidence, faith, and trust in each other can help overcome various obstacles. Followed by social leadership, the average is at a high level. The executives are sensitive to perceiving individual emotions, recognizing understanding, and interpreting other people's emotional expressions and body language without that person having to use words to express themselves. Furthermore, when considering the relationship between the leadership of school administrators, it was found that the leadership of school administrators in private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province overall had a positive relationship that was statistically significant at the .01 level.
