Developing the Administration Strategy for Promote Love Read Habit in Secondary Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 41

Abstract
This article aimed to 1) study conditions, problems, and factors related to the administration of reading habit promotion in secondary schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 41; 2) develop strategies for the administration of promoting reading habits in secondary schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 41; and 3) assess the management strategies for promoting reading habits in secondary schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 41. This research was research and development. The research process was conducted in 3 steps using questionnaires, discussions, workshops expert-based seminars, and the strategy assessment form. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research results were found as follows: 1) The conditions, problems, and related factors that affect the general condition of the school's planned operation have an evaluation and improvement of problem conditions, with unclear target planning. Internal factors in planning operations, evaluation, and audit improvement, management personnel budget, materials, equipment, and locations. External factors consist of policies of the government and agencies, the economy, society, culture, and technology. 2) The developed strategy consists of vision, mission, objectives, strategic issues, strategies, indicators, measures. Strategic placement is a defensive strategy. There are 7 strategies. 3) Strategy evaluation results found the developed strategy is consistent at the highest level, suitability possibility and helpfulness at a high level.
