Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the factors affecting and presenting guidelines to the successful enforcement of the control of begging act implemented B.E. 2559 (2016) as a combined research data were collected from a sample of 200 people using questionnaires. from key informants, 5 people were selected individually with semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed by statistical frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis classification and content analysis.           


The results of the research showed that there were two factors that influenced the success, namely worker attitude. Bureaucratic structure with a multiple correlation coefficient equal to 0.588, able to predict the success of 34.6%, and the path to success is: 1) the information is distributed thoroughly and the information must not be inaccurate; 2) There are appropriate operational personnel. 3) Create incentives for staff to work, and 4) Have an administrative structure with a short and flexible chain of command.
