บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจ ระดับทัศนคติ และระดับความรู้ต่อกฎหมายกระท่อมฉบับใหม่ (พ.ร.บ.พืชกระท่อม พ.ศ.2565) กรณีการถอดพืชกระท่อมออกจากบัญชี
ยาเสพติดประเภทที่ห้า 2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจ ระดับทัศนคติ และระดับความรู้ต่อกฎหมายกระท่อม โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยมีวิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 คณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต จำนวน 500 คน การศึกษาใช้วิธีสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม พบว่า ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับพืชกระท่อม ทัศนคติของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการถอดพืชกระท่อมออกจากบัญชียาเสพติดประเภทที่ 5 และความรู้ต่อกฎหมายกระท่อมฉบับใหม่ ในภาพรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อายุ ระดับชั้นปีที่ศึกษา ภูมิลำเนา และการเคยได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดส่งผลต่อด้านความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับพืชกระท่อมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 การเคยได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดส่งผลต่อทัศนคติของนักศึกษาต่อการถอดพืชกระท่อมออกจากบัญชียาเสพติดประเภทที่ 5 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สถานภาพการสมรส และการเคยได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดส่งผลต่อความรู้ทั่วไปของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อกฎหมายกระท่อมฉบับใหม่ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
