บทคัดย่อ
การแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็กออนไลน์มีแนวโน้มเกิดบนเว็บไซต์มืด (Dark Web) มากขึ้น เนื่องด้วยคุณสมบัติการปกปิดตัวตนของผู้ใช้งานที่สูงกว่าเว็บไซต์ทั่วไป บทความวิชาการนี้จึงนำเสนอสถานการณ์และแนวโน้มของการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็กบนเว็บไซต์มืดในปัจจุบัน และคุณลักษณะของเว็บไซต์มืดที่ถูกนำมาใช้ในการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศต่อเด็ก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความตระหนักรู้ถึงภัยการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็กบนเว็บไซต์มืด นอกจากนั้นยังนำเสนอประเภทของอาชญากรและกรณีศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการป้องกันปราบปรามเว็บไซต์มืดที่ผิดกฎหมาย เพื่อวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของอาชญากรบนเว็บไซต์มืดตามทฤษฎีอาชญาวิทยา ได้แก่ ทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนแปลงพื้นที่กระทำความผิด ทฤษฎีวัฒนธรรมรอง และทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ทางสังคม ตลอดจนเสนอแนะแนวทางการป้องกันปราบปรามการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศบนเว็บไซต์มืด เพื่อสนับสนุนแนวนโยบายการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่บังคับใช้กฎหมายและลดโอกาสการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็กของอาชญากรบนเว็บไซต์มืดต่อไป
