บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานวิจัยเรื่อง “แนวทางการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จากย่านลิเภา จ.นครศรีธรรมราช” นำเสนอผลการศึกษาด้านกรรมวิธีการสร้างสรรค์งานหัตถกรรมจักสานย่านลิเภาเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานทักษะงานศิลปหัตถกรรมและภูมิปัญญาของช่างฝีมือพื้นถิ่นเครื่องจักสานย่านลิเภาใน จ.นครศรีธรรมราช โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพสำรวจข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลงพื้นที่สำรวจข้อมูลและสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการตัวอย่างจำนวน 3 กลุ่ม ผลการศึกษาพบว่างานศิลปหัตถกรรมจักสานย่านลิเภามีวิธีการ 3 ขั้นตอนหลักคือ 1) การเตรียมเส้นย่านลิเภา 2) การขึ้นรูปทรงและสร้างลวดลายผลิตภัณฑ์ 3) การประกอบและตกแต่งผลิตภัณฑ์ มีวิธีการขึ้นรูปทรงและสร้างลวดลายอยู่ 6 วิธี คือ 1) การขึ้นรูปแบบทึบ 2) การขึ้นรูปด้วยการขึ้นกรอง 3) การขึ้นรูปด้วยการขึ้นโครงเสียบ 4) การขึ้นรูปแบบโปร่ง
5) การขึ้นรูปด้วยวิธีการสานล้อมต้นแบบ 6)การขึ้นรูปด้วยการสานเป็นแผ่นเพื่อนำไปเย็บขึ้นรูป โดยแต่ละวิธีส่งผลให้เกิดให้รูปทรงและลวดลายของผลิตภัณฑ์ การใช้ทักษะฝีมือและแนวทางการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract

This article is a part of research project on “A Design Development of Nakhon Si Thammarat’s Lipao Handicraft Product” aim to present method of making “Yan Lipao” as database for conservation and dissemination of artisanal and intellectual skills of the local wicker technicians in Nakhon Si Thammarat. Using qualitative research methods; survey data from relevant documents, collected and interviewed three groups of entrepreneurs. The results showed that there were three main steps. 1) Prepare the Yan Lipao for weaving 2) Forming and shaping products 3) Assembly and Decoration. There are six ways to shape and create patterns of products: 1) Formation by rattan 2) Forming by the filter. 3) Forming with the frame structure. 4) Forming by weaving 5) Forming by weaving cover prototype 6) Forming by weaving a sheet. Each method results in the shape and pattern of the product, use of skill sets and product development approaches.
