ปัญหาการศึกษาไทย : การสัมภาษณ์ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษา

                บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการศึกษาไทยในมุมมองของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษา โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษาจำนวน 56 ราย ด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง ผลการศึกษาอาจสรุปได้ว่า ปัญหาการศึกษาไทยที่พบประกอบด้วย ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับครู หลักสูตร ผู้เรียน ผู้บริหาร งบประมาณ การจัดการเรียนการสอนการบริหาร นโยบายจากภาครัฐ สภาพเศรษฐกิจ สภาพครอบครัว สังคมและวัฒนธรรม และ ระบบการวัดประเมินผลผู้เรียนทั้งนี้ปัญหาการศึกษาที่มีผู้กล่าวถึงมากที่สุดห้าอันดับแรก ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านครูผู้สอน กับปัญหาด้านนโยบายจากภาครัฐ ซึ่งมีผู้กล่าวถึงสูงสุด 20 คน รองลงมาคือ ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร 15 คน ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน 11 คน และปัญหาเกี่ยวกับตัวผู้บริหาร 10 คน ตามลำดับ 

Abstract

                The purpose of of this article is to study Thai’s educational problems from 56 stakeholders’ perspectives using in-depth interviews and unstructured interviews. As a result of interview with 56 stakeholders, we have found that Thai’s educational problems were related to teachers, curriculum, learners, administrators, budgets, teaching, administration, policies from governments, family circumstances, societies and cultures and evaluation systems. Moreover the most cited five Thai’s educational problems were teachers, policies from governments, curriculum, teaching and administrators. There were 20 stakeholders cited problems with teaching and policies from governments for each, 15 stakeholders cited problems with curriculum, 11 stakeholders cited problems with teaching and 10 stakeholders cited problems with administrators.
