                การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องความต้องการและอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชน ถือเป็นการจัดการความรู้ที่เน้นสิ่งแวดล้อมหรือแหล่งเรียนรู้ใกล้ตัวในชุมชนของผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ในการที่จะสามารถส่งเสริมการแบ่งปันและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ความรู้ ทักษะของผู้มีประสบการณ์ตรงเพื่อค้นหาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีเกี่ยวกับ “เทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิชาสังคมศึกษาด้วยภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น หรือการจัดการเรียนการสอนเชิงบูรณาการกับศิลปวัฒนธรรมในชุมชนของผู้เรียน ให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และสามารถเพิ่มองค์ความรู้ในการศึกษาต่อยอดและอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมที่อยู่ในชุมชนของผู้เรียนได้” ซึ่งจากการมาปรับใช้ในการพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูผู้สอนให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณภาพนั้น ได้รวบรวมความรู้ตามประเด็นความรู้ที่กำหนดจากการศึกษาและสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ต่างๆ จากแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่อยู่ในท้องถิ่นที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับศิลปวัฒนธรรม และครูผู้สอนในรายวิชาสังคมศึกษาเป็นหลัก โดยแต่ละเนื้อหาสาระรายวิชาแตกต่างกันนั้นก็ขึ้นอยู่กับเนื้อหาที่สอน แต่ประเด็นที่มีเหมือนกันในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิชาสังคมศึกษาด้วยภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นจะเน้นในเรื่องของ 1. ตระหนักสำนึกท้องถิ่นตนเอง 2.รวบรวมวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น 3. วางแผนอนุรักษ์สืบค้นภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น 4. ทำตามแผนที่กำหนด และ 5. วัดประเมินผลและประยุกต์ใช้ ที่ได้จากการใช้วิธีการนำเนื้อหาและเรื่องที่จะทำการสอนมาบูรณาการหรือเชื่อมโยงกันในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับชุมชนท้องถิ่น ตลอดจนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง ชุมชน โรงเรียน และผู้มีส่วนร่วมที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นหลัก ในการจัดการศึกษา โดยให้มีการสนับสนุน และใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ ภูมิปัญญาในท้องถิ่น เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้เข้าใจในเนื้อหาตลอดจนสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตได้ในชีวิตประจำวันและอนุรักษ์ชุมชนของผู้เรียนและครูผู้สอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป   

Abstract

Organizing learning activities that meet the needs and identity of the community is considered as knowledge management for the environment or resources in the community of learners.  The ultimate aim is to be able to promote the sharing and exchange of knowledge, skills and direct experience of the people in order to find best practices about "how to organize learning activities in social studies using local wisdom, or the management of the integrated teaching with culture in learners, such as community creating learning and increasing body of knowledge in further studying and conserving environment in the community. In this matter, there is a need for the teachers to development in the process of quality teaching to the students, where teachers gather knowledge on issues related to the studies and the synthesis of knowledge from various resources related to liberal art and culture in the locality and from core subjects taught by social studies teachers. Each course content differs based on the content taught but The organization of earning activities for social studies using local wisdom, remains the same. This normally focuses on 1. Raise Awareness of Local 2. Local Gather Culture 3. Planning  for Conserving and Searching Thai Local Wisdom 4. Follow the Set Plan and 5. Evaluate, Assess, and Apply obtained from the use of content and the topics to be taught as an integration and linkage involving local communities. Moreover the participation of parents, community, schools and stakeholders in the management of education with support and the utilization of learning resources and local wisdom are included to help the students understand the contents.  Consequently, students are able to use of the resources in their everyday life. Learners’ community can be conserved and led teachers to become effective.
