การสังเคราะห์สาระความรู้ด้านวิชาชีพครูตามมาตรฐานความรู้คุรุสภา สำหรับคลังสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบอีเลิร์นนิง

บทคัดย่อ

                งานวิจัยเรื่อง การสังเคราะห์สาระความรู้ด้านวิชาชีพครูตามมาตรฐานความรู้คุรุสภาสำหรับคลังสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบอีเลิร์นนิง  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์ความรู้ด้านวิชาชีพครู ตามมาตรฐานความรู้คุรุสภาและจัดทำสคริปต์สื่อการเรียนรู้ดิจิตัล (LO) และแหล่งทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้อิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับครู เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยคือ มาตรฐานความรู้ด้านวิชาชีพครูของคุรุสภา 7 มาตรฐาน แหล่งข้อมูลสารสนเทศบนระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตและแบบประเมินสำหรับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การแจกแจงความถี่และการบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา  ผลการวิจัยได้ตารางวิเคราะห์สาระการเรียนรู้ สำหรับสื่อการเรียนรู้ดิจิตัลประกอบด้วยผลการเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวัง กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การประเมิน  บทบาทและรูปแบบสื่อ LO สคริปต์สื่อการเรียนรู้ดิจิตัลในรูปของไฟล์เอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบ PDF จำนวน 20 ชุด บทเรียน 50 เรื่อง ที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความรู้ด้านวิชาชีพครูของคุรุสภา และแหล่งทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้อิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับครู 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) เว็บไซต์สื่อมวลชนเพื่อการศึกษา 2) เว็บไซต์วารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และงานวิจัยทางศึกษา 3) เว็บไซต์สื่อมวลชนเพื่อการศึกษา: วิทยุ หนังสือพิมพ์ 4) เว็บไซต์สื่อไทยและต่างประเทศเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะตามมาตรฐานของครู  ผลการประเมินของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพบว่า สคริปต์สื่อการเรียนรู้ดิจิตัล และแหล่งทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้อิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับครูสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความรู้ด้านวิชาชีพครูของคุรุสภา มีสาระความรู้ครบถ้วน และมีรูปแบบเหมาะสมสำหรับการอ่านศึกษาด้วยตนเองของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย

Synthesis of Teaching Profession Learning Contents According to Khurusapha Contents Standards for the Knowledgebase of Electronic Medias Enhancing E-Learning.

       The objectives of  the research on the “Synthesis of Teaching Profession Learning Contents According to Khurusapha Contents Standards  for the Knowledgebase of Electronic Medias Enhancing E-Learning” were to synthesize the Khurusapha Teacher Professional Content Standards and to develop the LO content scripts and the electronic learning resources for teachers. The research instruments were 7 Khurusapha Teacher Professional Content Standards, the information resources on the internet and the evaluation form for content experts.  The data were analyzed using frequency and descriptive narration. The research findings were the LO learning content analysis tables consisted of the expected  learning outcomes, the learning and assessment activities, the media roles and forms of LO; the 50 LO content scripts in PDF file format that  meet Khurusapha Teacher Professional Content Standards and the electronic learning resources for teachers including four groups of websites: 1) the related educational agencies 2) the electronic educational journals and research 3) the educational mass media: radio, television and newspaper 4) Thai and foreign media sites for the improvement of teacher performances according to Teacher Professional Standards. The evaluation results of the experts showed that the LO content scripts and the electronic resources for teachers met the Teacher Professional Standards; their integral contents and presentation were suitable for self-study by reading of the target group.
