รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลสำหรับนิสิตปริญญาตรีสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย

บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลสำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย และสร้างรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะความสำพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลสำหรับนิสิตปริญญาตรี สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัยโดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลของนิสิต จำนวน 48 คน ความต้องการจำเป็นของครูพี่เลี้ยงผู้ทำหน้าที่นิเทศนิสิต จำนวน 48 คน เกี่ยวกับสภาพและแนวทางการเสริมสร้างทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลสำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ ระยะที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการฝึกอบรม คู่มือการใช้รูปแบบ แผนการจัดกิจกรรม และแบบประเมินทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลสำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์จากเอกสาร แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์นิสิตและครูพี่เลี้ยงพบว่า สามารถสรุปสังเคราะห์ทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลสำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย ได้ 3 ด้าน คือ การปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น การทำงานกลุ่ม และทักษะทางสังคม โดยคุณลักษณะมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ระยะที่ 2 การสร้างรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลสำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย โดยผ่านการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ซึ่งรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก

Training Model to Enhance Interpersonal Skills for Undergraduate Students Mejoring in Early Childhood Education

   The research aims to study and analyse the basic information concerning with interpersonal skills for undergraduate student majoring in early childhood education and to construct training model to enhance interpersonal skills for undergraduate student majoring in early childhood education. The study was carried out in 2 phases. Phase 1 involved the survey and analysis of basic information concerning with interpersonal skills of 48 student. The 48 mentor teachers were asked to answer another survey on state of interpersonal skills. The research instrument used were questionnaire and informal interviews with mentor teachers. Phase 2 involved constructing a training model. Manual of activity arranging plan and assessment of interpersonal skills and examined suitability of training model by experts.

          The results of research were as follows :

          Phase 1 result showed that interpersonal skills were divided into 3 main skills including 1) interaction 2) team working and 3) social skills. . Phase 2 involved the constructing a training model entitled “Training Model to Enhance Interpersonal Skills for Undergraduate Student Majoring in Early Childhood Education”. To validate the model and appropriate 5 experts in the field assessed the model with the mean high level.
