การสร้างคุณค่าของแบรนด์เพื่อพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ผ่านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์: กรณีศึกษาเมืองประวัติศาสตร์สุโขทัยและเมืองบริวาร

บทคัดย่อ
แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์มีความสำคัญต่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างมาก แต่การสร้างอัตลักษณ์ที่สามารถถ่ายทอดเข้าสู่ความรู้สึก จนเกิดการรับรู้ในความรู้สึกที่สามารถสร้างความตระหนักให้นักท่องเที่ยวยังเป็นปัญหาสำคัญ การวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการสร้างคุณค่าของแบรนด์เพื่อพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ และศึกษาการสร้างคุณค่าของแบรนด์เพื่อการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ผ่านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ โดยใช้เมืองประวัติศาสตร์สุโขทัยและเมืองบริวารเป็นกรณีศึกษา มีคำถามการวิจัยคือ “การสร้างคุณค่าของแบรนด์แบบไหนที่เหมาะสมกับการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ผ่านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์” ใช้วิธีการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วมและการสัมภาษณ์จากแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างจากนักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 30 คน ด้วยวิธีแบบเจาะจงในการเก็บข้อมูลและวิธีลูกโซ่ มีการใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ และการวิเคราะห์เชิงวิพากษ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ยังเป็นไปในภาพรวมของพื้นที่กรณีศึกษา ขาดการนำเอาแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์ทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่น่าสนใจ ทั้งที่จับต้องได้และจับต้องไม่ได้มาสร้างเป็นแบรนด์ และเพิ่มคุณค่าให้เกิดความรู้สึกทางอารมณ์ที่นักท่องเที่ยวจะสามารถรับรู้ สัมผัสได้ รู้สึกมีส่วนร่วมกับเรื่องราวทางประวัติศาสตร์นั้น ๆ และเข้าสู่กระบวนการจัดการความรู้สึก คือ การตระหนักรู้ในตนเอง การกำกับดูแลตนเอง แรงจูงใจ การเอาใจใส่ และทักษะทางสังคมได้อย่างรวดเร็ว จึงทำให้การสร้างคุณค่าของแบรนด์เพื่อพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ผ่านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ เป็นเรื่องที่น่าสนใจ และจะสามารถเป็นแม่แบบในการนำไปใช้พัฒนาในพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ต่อไป
