บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการความรู้ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมการทำหัวโขน ชุมชนสะพานไม้ และ 2) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมการทำหัวโขน ชุมชนสะพานไม้ กระบวนการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญการทำหัวโขน จำนวน 19 คน ด้วยกระบวนการ Delphi technique และ 2) การประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการทำหัวโขน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับการประเมินความคิดเห็นใช้ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าฐานนิยม และค่าพิสัยควอไทล์ สำหรับการประเมินความสอดคล้อง ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้
การจัดการความรู้ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมการทำหัวโขน ชุมชนสะพานไม้ มีองค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ บริบทของภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น บริบทของชุมชน รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ และศิลปะการทำหัวโขน
รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมการทำหัวโขน ชุมชนสะพานไม้ จากการประเมินความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 220 คน ปรากฏว่าเห็นด้วยในระดับมาก ( = 4.19)
