บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญ 2 ประการ คือ 1) ศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ของประเพณีบุญเดือนหกจังหวัดชัยภูมิ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่งเสริมการจัดการท่องเที่ยวในประเพณีบุญเดือนหก จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ จำนวน 30 คน ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ด้วยแบบสอบถาม รายงานสรุปผลการวิจัยใช้วิธีการพรรณนาความ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อัตลักษณ์ของประเพณีบุญเดือนหก จังหวัดชัยภูมิ คือความเชื่อความศรัทธาระลึกถึงบุญคุณของพระยาแลผู้ก่อตั้งเมืองมีหลายหน่วยงานร่วมพิธีแห่บายศรีบวงสรวงพระยาแลโดยจัดการประกวดอย่างยิ่งใหญ่เป็นประจำทุกปี ปัจจัยส่งเสริมการจัดการท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญคือ 1) การมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ 2) ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำ และ 3) ปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากร
