บทคัดย่อ
"เชฟ" (Chef) หรือ"พ่อครัว" ปัจจุบันถือเป็นอีกอาชีพหนึ่งที่ได้รับการยอมรับ และเยาวชนหลายคนใฝ่ฝันอยากทำงานในสายอาชีพนี้ สังเกตุได้จากค่าเล่าเรียนแต่ละหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนและสถาบันสอนทำอาหารหลายแห่งที่กำหนดใว้ ตั้งแต่เมนูละหลายพันบาทจนถึงเกือบหลักล้าน แต่หลายคนมิได้ถอยหนี แม้ในยุคภาวะวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจที่ชะลอตัว แต่ปรากฎว่าสถาบันสอนทำอาหารหลายแห่งกลับเติบโตสวนกระแสเศรษฐกิจ
