The author has one year of teaching experience in Denla Kindergarten, Thailand. I also summed up some experiences and opinions from it. After investigation and analysis, I came to the conclusion: Teacher factors include Chinese language teachers and Thai head teachers. Both must improve their professional qualities and cooperate with each other. communicate with. In addition, it is necessary to cooperate with the school and the old parents. In terms of children’s factors, due to children’s lack of subjective initiative and judgment, teachers are required to adapt to the development of children’s own characteristics while at the same time being able to maximize the effect of Chinese learning.
