Abstract

Abstract

At present, learning Chinese characters is a big problem for foreign students. More and more attention has been paid to teaching Chinese characters to foreigners, and the research on various aspects of teaching Chinese characters is gradually increasing. This thesis focuses on compositions written by 47 junior year students of Chinese major in University of Phayao. Moreover, the author also classifies and analyzes the students' errors in the use of Chinese characters. Based on the analysis, this thesis puts forward some suggestions about teaching Chinese characters.
