Abstract

The development of Thailand's tourism industry and a large number of Chinese tourists visiting Thailand for shopping have promoted the provision of Chinese services in some tourist attractions and shopping spots, supermarkets, restaurants and hotels in Thailand. Asok 21 Terminal 21 Shopping Center (Terminal 21) is a large-scale comprehensive shopping store built in the form of an airport terminal with multi-national customs that has emerged in recent years. The significance of the thesis is to analyze the marketing methods of the Asso Terminal 21 commercial building, investigate and study the Chinese service provided by the commercial building, Chinese websites, and the satisfaction of Chinese tourists. Marketing strategy and strategy and the quality of Chinese services.

The thesis uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the survey data and materials replaced. The paper explains the generalization of marketing and Chinese services in the commercial building of Asok 21 terminal, conducts investigation and analysis on the Chinese language services of the terminal, and evaluates the investigation and analysis. Based on the analysis of the marketing management and Chinese language service of the commercial building in Asso 21, the paper explains the business management and Chinese language service, the characteristics and characteristics of the business building. The paper points out the advantages and current existence of the commercial building in terms of business management and Chinese language service. The problem, improvement measures and suggestions for solving the problem were put forward.
