Abstract

ABSTRACT

In recent years, more and more Chinese tourists are going to Thailand for vacation, and Thailand has become a popular destination for Chinese tourists. Chinese tourists not only bring tourism revenue to Thailand. this paper investigates the Chinese service of Thai cosmetics retail industry, probes into the decision-making mechanism of consumers ‘purchase based on Chinese service, points out the problems existing in the Chinese service of Beauty Buffet companies at this stage, and puts forward relevant suggestions.

            The research methods used in this paper include literature induction, questionnaire survey, field investigation and interview. The content of the paper is divided into four parts. Chapter one is the combing of marketing theory The second chapter is about the marketing strategy analysis of " Beauty Buffet " company in Thailand the marketing elements oriented by enterprises are analyzed with 4P marketing theory as a tool. With 4C marketing theory as a tool. Chapter 3 is about the market survey of Chinese service's customer satisfaction to "Beauty Buffet" Company. Then in the fourth chapter of this article, combined with the interviews with Chinese customers.

            Through the study, it is found that due to the limited sales ability of Chinese service personnel. This paper holds that although "Chinese" is the basis of Chinese service, service is the core content of Chinese service. As an enterprise with a plan to enter the Chinese market, it should attach importance to Chinese service from a strategic point of view so as to better serve the strategic purpose of the enterprise.
