AN ANALYSIS OF MANDARIN USAGE IN WORKPLACE AT THAI OPPO

The aim of this research to study and analyze Mandarin usage situation ma Mandarin ndarin ability of Thai OPPO company employees. Included to examine Mandarin usage problems that recommend the problem solution for usage efficiency in Mandarin. The data was collected from questionnaire that analyzes ability of Mandarin usage. After that, the researcher survey cultural difference what impact the company. From analysis a problem that exists in Mandarin usage will lead to solve the problem and improve for the better. The result of research will be collected by software computer system. These methods do to get a complete data. Because the company is a Mandarin enterprise, The Mandarin language has become an important language to show an increasingly important role. Therefore; the researcher investigate Thai OPPO company employees in Bangkok headquarters including the general employees and Thai employees workrelated Chinese. And survey data, relate to Evaluation of Chinese proficiency test, the investigation of Thailand employees use the business Chinese for working. Therefore; present the policy including the suggestion of problem from using the Chinese in Thailand OPPO. Because of Chinese employees and Thailand employees who are different of languages, tradition and concept, It may be produce the different. Consequently, Cross-Cultural Differences in Management, Eliminate misunderstandings, avoid conflict and mutual understanding, to avoid an impact on the company's development. Investigation employees in Thailand OPPO data for analysis, in order to achieve the purpose of research. Both of employees can more exchanges and communication to be conducive to the development of the business, to achieve better results.
