Abstract

The Tourism Authority of Thailand is always indispensable for development of Thailand economy. The Chinese tourists were assumed to be the significant sources of income. Consequently, the Chinese tourist advocacy to visit Thailand, and the service provided Chinese language is the critical issues. The purposes of this research are studying the policy of Tourism Authority of Thailand for supporting the Chinese tourists in Thailand. The definition of tourism support activities were included Chinese language used by Tourism Authority of Thailand, and the satisfaction of Chinese tourist in tourism support activities. The survey has been responded by 100 Chinese tourists visiting Thailand, and 7 staffs working for Tourism Authority of Thailand. Besides, an East Asian marketing agent has been interviewed. The research strategy is interview, and questionnaires. After gathering information, utilize the results to analyze for finding the trouble and problem-solving guidance. The research results revealed that the Tourism Authority of Thailand has developed many type of services to encourage and support Chinese Tourists to visit Thailand. First, even if the developed ads or media were made correctly and easy to understand and sufficient.
