The Directions to Expand Music Affiliation for Supporting Music Education in Thailand

          This article aims to provide information about factors in effectively developing teaching and learning music and cooperation of relevant associations. The collaboration between organisations enhances music education's drive and development in Thailand amongst a strong wind of changes.

          The study showed two types of music associations in Thailand: music associations and private organisations. Although some music associations existed in Thailand, those associations have not cooperated effectively and have not had a functional association system to work together. The development of music education in Thailand needs to drive and be developed by the cooperation between associations and private organisations to strengthen music education association. The creation of relations between music associations and private organisations helps create music education, set a new generation of music operations in Thailand, and develop the music teacher training program to advance Thai music education worldwide.
