Abstract

The purpose of this study were to study the organizational culture of Banking Operation Section (BO), HSBC Thailand and to find out influences contributed to the increasing of staffs work potential. The research study of corporate culture of Banking Operation Section (BO), HSBC Thailand is Qualitative Research by in-depth interview method. In addition, there were 27 crew members and the information was categorized. Analyze data Descriptive analysis.


The results of the study revealed that 1) The Banking Operation Section (BO), HSBC Thailand stands firmly on the pattern of a strong organizational culture with a solid unite in teamwork and unbreakable form of work custom in sharing among each individual through generations on mutual core value, believes and attitudes which altogether put into the best result and achievement of the team. 2) From the extensive concept of an effective corporate culture which has 7 categories, Banking Operation Section (BO) share in robust of 6, which were the influences of the increasing of staff's work potential as the team shared the mutual core value of trust in realizing that what they were doing was the team commitment to the same goals.
