Guideline for Developing Teachers who Enchanced Students to be Good Person

Abstract

Teacher are significant person for development the quality and standard of education. Education administration for educational reform n present and future necessary to are  teachers as major force to bring the nation’s child and youth to meet the good of truly life learning person. To develop student as good as social need, have to being at improving teachers who responsible on students teaching. Then, teachers is the first important group to be enhanced in managing. The study to develop teachers who enhanced students to be good persons have to being at the studying of teachers’ behavior, factors, and then create developing innovation. The causal factors study of teachers’ behavior on enhancing student to be good person being by setting the ascetical framework of the study, may be use start concept of system theory as interactionism model, review literature related to teachers’ behavior compose of 3 group of causal factors, those are  situational factors, psychological trait factors, and psychological state factors. After fine shed setting of behavior and the causal factors, we can set research conceptual framework of correlation cooperation study. Research results yield behavior causal model of teacher’ behavior who enchanted. Student to be good person, which described behavior by causal factors variable groups. This body of knowledge can be used as a guideline to create teachers developing causal or activated create and other model or design for continuing research or experiments or innovative developing on teacher’ behavior.
