Abstract

The objective of this research is to (1) study the opinions about morale and morale in the operations of Thonburi Remand Prison staff at present (2) suggesting guidelines for the development of morale and morale in Thonburi Remand Prison staff. This research is qualitative research. Collect data by studying information from various documents. Related observation and in-depth interviews. The key informants were 15 personnel who work under the Thonburi Remand Prison. Data were analyzed using content analysis method.


            The results of the research revealed that (1) the opinions about morale in the work of Thonburi Remand Prison staff at present including supervisors and colleagues to trust Able to work well together, work to achieve goals efficiently, decentralization and responsibility, clear guidelines and can be regarded as a
long-term career. (2) guidelines for develop job morale of Thonburi Remand Prison staff including increase staffing, aligning personnel positions to match with professional work, cancel jobs that are not useful to the organization, and improve the location.
