Success Factors of Operating a Thai Restaurant Business in the United States

Abstract

This study the objectives are 1) to study the success level of operating a Thai restaurant business in Virginia USA, 2) To study the fundamentals of entrepreneurs in the success of operating a Thai restaurant business in Virginia USA, and 3) To study the environmental factors of success in operating a Thai restaurant business in Virginia USA. The sample used for this research was Thai restaurant entrepreneurs in Virginia. USA: 215 people answered questions in a questionnaire and interviewed 5 people. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used in this research are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.


 


            The research found that (1) the level of success of entrepreneurs in the Thai restaurant business in Virginia. The United States found there is a high level of success from the satisfaction of the users. (2) Fundamental factors for success in operating a Thai restaurant business in Virginia The United States found Labor (Mean = 43.6), investment (Mean = 37.7), materials (Mean = 66.4), and tools and equipment (Mean = 76.4) Influencing the success of running a Thai restaurant business in Virginia USA., and (3) Environmental factors for the success of operating a Thai restaurant business in Virginia USA Found that social support Very level (Mean=3.90) Support from government agencies Very level (Mean= 3.56) Support from the private sector Very level (Mean=3.63) and support from community leaders Very level (Mean=3.55).
