Food truck: What factors drive customers to return?

Abstract

This study aims to investigate antecedent factors affected customers to return for food truck in Phuket. Samples were collected from 415 customers who using food truck in Phuket. Questionnaire was used to collect the data with convenience sampling. The data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that food characteristics, menus, price, and food truck interesting positively influenced to customer’s return; contrary, novelty-seeking was not effect to customer’s return. We discussed implications for food truck operators in the paper.
