Abstract

This article is a study of government policies in encourage small and medium enterprises. The objective is focusing the policy formulation of each of the government agencies and related agencies that encourage supporting small and medium enterprises to have competitiveness. In order to stimulate and encourage new entrepreneurs or former entrepreneurs to be able to grow and stable their business. When the modern business world changes rapidly in every dimension causing SMEs must face more competition and must adjust to keep up with the changing situations in the Digital Global Economy. The government has important policies that encourage small and medium enterprises in 3 policies including innovation development, marketing promotion and investment promotion.
