กลยุทธ์การใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ระดับความเข้าใจ และคุณภาพการถอดความภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ระดับความเข้าใจและคุณภาพการถอดความภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทภายใต้บริบทการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) 2) จำแนกกลยุทธ์และลักษณะการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ของนักศึกษาตามพฤติกรรมและผลการถอดความ และ 3) อธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลยุทธ์การใช้ AI ระดับความเข้าใจ และคุณภาพการถอดความภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการของนักศึกษา การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสมผสาน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทจำนวน 22 คน เครื่องมือประกอบด้วย แบบฝึกการถอดความภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการ แบบสอบถามคำถามปลายเปิดเพื่อวัดระดับความเข้าใจ แบบสอบถามสะท้อนคิดเกี่ยวกับการใช้ AI แบบรายงานเวลาและระดับความมั่นใจ และเกณฑ์ประเมินคุณภาพการถอดความ 5 มิติ (คะแนนรวม 0–10) ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณภาพการถอดความโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงสูง โดยผู้เรียนสามารถรักษาแนวคิดสำคัญและปรับโครงสร้างภาษาได้เหมาะสม แต่ด้านความลื่นไหลและความชัดเจนยังต่ำกว่า 2) สามารถจำแนกผู้เรียนตามกลยุทธ์การใช้ AI ได้ 4 กลุ่มตามระดับการใช้และการกำกับตนเอง และ 3) กลยุทธ์การใช้ AI และระดับความเข้าใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพการถอดความ โดยผู้เรียนที่มีการกำกับตนเองและการตระหนักรู้ทางอภิปัญญาสูงมีผลงานดีกว่า ข้อค้นพบชี้ว่า AI เป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนที่มีศักยภาพ แต่ประสิทธิผลขึ้นอยู่กับการใช้ AI อย่างมีกลยุทธ์และการสะท้อนคิดของผู้เรียน
