บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ 2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุน และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพกับความสามารถในการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจสปาและนวดเพื่อสุขภาพในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจสปาและนวดเพื่อสุขภาพ จำนวน 143 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหา (IOC) อยู่ในช่วง 0.69–1.00 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจสปาและนวดเพื่อสุขภาพ 1) มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.24, SD = 0.56) 2) มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 4.06, SD = 0.95) และ 3) มีการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพทุกด้านและมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ .964 และตัวแปรอิสระทั้งหมดสามารถอธิบายการผันแปรของตัวแปรตามได้ร้อยละ 96
