การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการในบริบทดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำ กับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร 44 คน และครู จำนวน 152 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 196 คน จากสถานศึกษา 54 แห่ง การคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างดำเนินการด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นอย่างมีสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าแบบลิเคิร์ท 5 ระดับ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน พบว่ามีค่าดัชนีความตรง อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการเท่ากับ 0.979 และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการเท่ากับ 0.987 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการภายใต้บริบทยุคดิจิทัลอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านการส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารอย่างเหมาะสม เป็นองค์ประกอบที่ได้รับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด และที่ด้านการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้
ในการบริหารวิชาการเป็นหัวข้อที่ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด 2) สำหรับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานด้านวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล พบว่า มีภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยความสามารถในการจัดหาและสนับสนุนทรัพยากรดิจิทัลในโรงเรียน ถือเป็นจุดแข็งที่เด่นชัดที่สุดของผู้บริหาร รองลงมาคือ การพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา ส่วนด้านการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อจัดการเรียนการสอนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลกับผลลัพธ์
ของการจัดการงานวิชาการปรากฏว่ามีทิศทางบวกในระดับดี และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
