ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการรับทราบข้อมูลการรับสมัครเข้าศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี และ 3) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ จําแนกตามสาขาวิชา ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ปีการศึกษา 2567 โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษา 300 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิจัย นำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วย การวิเคราะห์ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ANOVA)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) นักศึกษารับทราบข้อมูลการรับสมัครเข้าศึกษา จากเพื่อนหรือคนรู้จัก เว็บไซต์ของมหาวิทยาลัย และโซเชียลมีเดีย ตามลำดับ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อมากที่สุด คือปัจจัยปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล มีระดับความสำคัญมากที่สุด (เช่น ทัศนคติต่ออาชีพครู ความสนใจในวิชาชีพครู) รองลงมาเป็นปัจจัยทางสังคม (เช่น การยอมรับในสังคม อิทธิพลจากครอบครัว) ปัจจัยทางวัฒนธรรมและสภาพแวดล้อม ปัจจัยทางสถาบัน และปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจ ตามลำดับ และ 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ จำแนกตามสาขาวิชา พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 แต่เมื่อพิจารณาภาพรวมการเปรียบเทียบทีละคู่ไม่พบคู่กลุ่มใดที่แตกต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยนี้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อคณะครุศาสตร์ในการวางแผนการ ประชาสัมพันธ์ และเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับนักเรียนในการเลือกศึกษาต่อ
