แบบจำลองการบริหารโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองการบริหารโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 520 คน เป็นผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เก็บข้อมูลแบบชั้นภูมิ สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน และประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบจำลองประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การบริหารจัดการด้วยระบบคุณภาพ ศักยภาพของผู้เรียน คุณภาพบุคลากร การจัดการเรียนรู้มาตรฐานสากล และโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล OBECQA รวม 18 ตัวชี้วัด ทุกองค์ประกอบมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการสร้างแบบจำลองพบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรทั้งหมด 153 คู่ มีความสัมพันธ์กันและความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรทุกคู่มีทิศทางเดียวกัน โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรเป็นความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก มีขนาดของความสัมพันธ์หรือค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ระหว่าง 0.201 ถึง 0.798 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ค่าสถิติ Chi-Square () = 65.23, df=54, p-value = 0.141, /df = 1.21, GFI=0.99, AGFI=0.96, RMR=0.012, SRMR= 0.021, RMSEA=0.020, CFI=1.00, ซึ่งผ่านตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด แบบจำลองการวัดของทุกองค์ประกอบมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และผลการประเมินแบบจำลองทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดสามารถนำไปใช้ได้
