บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบฝึกอบรมแบบปรับเหมาะบนเว็บเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุ 2) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เข้าอบรมที่อบรมด้วยระบบฝึกอบรมแบบปรับเหมาะบนเว็บเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อระบบฝึกอบรมแบบปรับเหมาะบนเว็บเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไปในเขตจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 30 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ระบบฝึกอบรมแบบปรับเหมาะบนเว็บเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุ 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาและด้านเทคนิคของการพัฒนาระบบ 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบไม่อิสระต่อกัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบฝึกอบรมแบบปรับเหมาะบนเว็บเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียน (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 82.78/84.47 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งสมมติฐานไว้ ผลการประเมินคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหา มีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.16, S.D. = 0.46) และผลการประเมินคุณภาพด้านเทคนิคในการพัฒนาระบบ มีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 4.36, S.D. = 0.58) 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอบรมของผู้เข้าอบรมหลังอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อระบบฝึกอบรมแบบปรับเหมาะบนเว็บเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
