การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของความกล้าหาญทางจริยธรรมของนิสิตนักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจของความกล้าหาญทางจริยธรรมของนิสิตนักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่นิสิตนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 5 แห่ง ปีการศึกษา 2562 ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 1,120 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบวัดความกล้าหาญทางจริยธรรมของนิสิตนักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 69 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.212 – 0.674 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.947 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบในครั้งนี้ใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ สกัดองค์ประกอบแบบวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลักและหมุนแกนแบบมุมฉาก ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบของความกล้าหาญทางจริยธรรมของนิสิตนักศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 5 ประกอบได้แก่ 1. ด้านการยึดมั่นในหลักการ 2. ด้านการรับรู้สถานการณ์ทางจริยธรรม 3. ด้านพฤติกรรมทางจริยธรรม 4. ด้านการอดทนต่อภัยคุกคาม 5. ด้านการไตร่ตรองถึงความเสี่ยง
