บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย ของกลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย ของกลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ที่มีระดับเกรดเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์ที่กำลังปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 385 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวด้วยการทดสอบค่าเอฟ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักศึกษามีสมรรถนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ( M = 4.28, S.D. = 0.43) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะของนักศึกษา จำแนกตามระดับเกรดเฉลี่ย พบว่า
โดยภาพรวมนักศึกษามีสมรรถนะไม่แตกต่างกัน
