บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 393 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.93 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน สามารถทำนายได้ด้วยปัจจัยด้านการกำหนดนโยบาย กลยุทธ์และการวางแผนการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน การประเมินและการเผยแพร่งานวิจัย ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ และการสร้างทีมพี่เลี้ยงเพื่อการวิจัย โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 51.90
