การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดแบบบูรณาการเพื่อสุขภาพสำหรับธุรกิจสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและยืนยันองค์ประกอบที่เหมาะสมของรูปแบบกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดแบบบูรณาการ เพื่อสุขภาพสำหรับธุรกิจสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย โดยการสอบถามผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 697 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติขั้นสูง ได้แก่ เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบแบบเชิงสำรวจ และเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ องค์ประกอบร่วมทั้ง 7 มีความสามารถในการอธิบายความแปรปรวนของตัวแปรที่ใช้วัดกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดแบบบูรณาการเพื่อสุขภาพ สำหรับธุรกิจสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยได้ร้อยละ 70.81 ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า โมเดลองค์ประกอบของกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดแบบบูรณาการเพื่อสุขภาพสำหรับธุรกิจสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ลักษณะของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อยืนยันองค์ประกอบที่เหมาะสมยังคงประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการให้บริการพร้อมเสริมสื่ออื่น 2) การขายโดยใช้พนักงานขายพร้อมเผยแพร่ข้อมูล 3) การสัมมนา นิทรรศการและบริการรูปแบบใหม่ 4) สื่อเฉพาะกิจโดยอาศัยพนักงาน 5) การโฆษณาผ่านสื่อมวลชน 6) การประชาสัมพันธ์มุ่งเน้นขายตรง 7) การใช้คู่มือและผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นสื่อ จากจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 44 ตัวชี้วัดเช่นเดิม
