พฤติกรรมและความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ในการเรียนวิชากฎหมายลักษณะนิติกรรมและสัญญา

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและความคาดหวังต่อรายวิชาของนักศึกษาในการเรียนวิชากฎหมายลักษณะนิติกรรมและสัญญา 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับพฤติกรรมและความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ในการเรียนวิชากฎหมายลักษณะนิติกรรมและสัญญา จำแนกตามระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยและจำแนกตามความถี่ในการเข้าห้องเรียน โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 หลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิตจำนวน 110 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากนักศึกษา และการสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์จำนวน 5 คน โดยวิธีเจาะจง ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้ใช้แบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์พฤติกรรมและความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ในการเรียนวิชากฎหมายลักษณะนิติกรรมและสัญญา ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นเอง เพื่อใช้สำรวจความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมายลักษณะนิติกรรมและ สัญญา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติอ้างอิง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) นักศึกษามีความสนใจและตั้งใจในการเข้าห้องเรียน และทำรายงานส่ง ดังนั้นอาจารย์จึงควรส่งเสริมการเข้าห้องเรียนของนักศึกษาอาจโดยการให้คะแนนจากการเข้าห้องเรียนและให้ทำรายงานส่ง

2) ระดับพฤติกรรมและความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ในการเรียนวิชากฎหมายลักษณะนิติกรรมและสัญญา จำแนกตามระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยและจำแนกตามความถี่ในการเข้าห้องเรียนที่ต่างกัน มีระดับความคาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกัน นักศึกษามีความคาดหวังหรือต้องการในเอกสารตำราที่เข้าใจง่ายอยู่ในระดับมาก ตรงกับพฤติกรรมความเป็นจริงที่เอกสารตำราที่เข้าใจง่าย ดังนั้น อาจารย์จึงควรปรับปรุงเอกสารตำราให้ทันสมัย เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ความรู้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการประกอบวิชาชีพได้ตรงกับสาขาของตนเองต่อไป

ABSTRACT

          This research is having three objectives. First, to explore various behavior and expectation of the law undergraduates towards studying Juristic acts and Contract Law. Second, to compare those behavior and expectation for law students in Juristic acts and Contract Law based on average mark level and frequency of attendance. A mixed-method is used in this research to the sample of 110 undergraduates of the freshman attending Law Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Dusit University. These undergraduates are requested to fill questionnaire in line with means of purposive sampling. In addition, five lecturers were purposively interviewed to explore behavior and expectation of the law undergraduates towards studying Juristic acts and Contract Law. The questionnaire and the interview script are developed by own researchers. Data analysis includes descriptive and reference statistics. Two major findings are as follows:

1)  As the undergraduates are interested in and willing to attend the class and send the report, the lecturer should promote attendance by adding extra marks of attendance and send the report.

2) Those behavior and expectation for law students in Juristic acts and Contract Law based on average mark level and frequency of attendance in every side results the different average point which indicates not different satisfaction level. As the undergraduates expect or require easily comprehensible textbook in the high level in compliance with their behavior to have actually easily comprehensible textbook, the lecturer should develop or update the textbook for more effective study and application into their professional pursuant to individuals' capacity in the future.
