บทคัดย่อ

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความเครียดและพฤติกรรมการปรับตัวของประชากรวัยทองตำบลแม่กรณ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย และ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดกับพฤติกรรมการปรับตัวของประชากรวัยทอง ตำบลแม่กรณ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ระดับความเครียดและพฤติกรรมการปรับตัว เก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรวัยทองตำบลแม่กรณ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 132 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับความเครียดของประชากรวัยทองอยู่ในระดับสูง ส่วนพฤติกรรมการปรับตัวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับพฤติกรรมการปรับตัวของประชากรวัยทอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

ABSTRACT

          The research had objectives to study: 1) the level of stress and adaptive behavior of menopause population in Maekorn Subdistrict, Muang District, Chiangrai Province and 2) the relationship between stress and adaptive behavior of menopause population in Maekorn Subdistrict, Muang District, Chiangrai Province. Data were collected using a questionnaire composed of 3 parts: 1) personal information data, 2) stress, and 3) adaptive behavior with 132 participants. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to analyze relationship of the data. The study found that the level of stress of menopause population were high, overall of their adaptive behavior were moderate, and the level of stress negative correlated with adaptive behavior at 0.01 level of statistical significance.
