STUDY AND DEVELOPMENT CREATIVE RPOBLEM SOLVING PERFORMANCE FACTORS FROM CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING PROCESS
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to investigate and develop factors of creative problem - solving competencies from creative problem - solving process (CPS). This research study was conducted by reviewing research studies and documents that related to CPS and interviewing 20 experts in CPS and measurement and evaluation with semi-structure interview form. The information from interviewing was analyzed by thematic analysis process.
The result showed that there are three elements in CPS competencies including thinking skill e.g., divergent thinking, creative thinking, lateral thinking, problem solving ability e.g., teamwork, decision making, and characteristics of person who has creative problem - solving performance e.g., enthusiastic, open-minded, and knowledgeable. Furthermore, assessment and evaluation could be self – assessment and assessment as the project and answering the questions that cross – examined with criteria.
