ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษา วิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของนิสิต 2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจ จำแนกตาม เพศ สถานะ ระดับชั้นปี และสาขาวิชา และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะของนิสิตที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาวิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครพนมมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย  โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ประชากร และกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เป็นนิสิตวิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครพนม ระดับปริญญาตรีภาคปกติ ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 226 รูป/คน เป็นพระภิกษุ 82 รูป สามเณร 46 รูป ชายคฤหัสถ์ 55 คน และนิสิตหญิง 43 คนในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ คำนวณหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ทดสอบสมมติฐานเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล กับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาในภาพรวม และความพึงพอใจ รายด้าน ทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจ พบว่านิสิตที่มีเพศ และสถานะภาพต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจ ไม่แตกต่างกัน นิสิตในสาขาวิชาต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกัน ใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริการทางวิชาการ ด้านคณาจารย์ผู้สอน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นิสิตในระดับชั้นต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจ แตกต่างกัน 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริการทางวิชาการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกนั้นไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ปัญหาความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านการบริการทางวิชาการ พบว่า ไม่มีจุดประชาสัมพันธ์ชัดเจน ประกาศผลการเรียนช้า เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ค่อยอยู่ห้อง และทำงานล่าช้า ควรมีเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ชายไว้บริการพระนิสิต  ควรมีการลงทะเบียนผ่านเว็บไซต์ ด้านคณาจารย์ พบว่า อาจารย์บางท่านมอบงานมากเกินไป ขาดสอนบ่อย ไม่มีจิตวิทยาในการสอน ไม่สอนตามห้องที่จัดไว้ให้ ลำเอียง บางครั้งเข้าสอนช้ามากและเลิกช้ามาก ปฏิบัติตนต่อพระนิสิตไม่เหมาะสม ไม่ควรสอนชดเชยวันเสาร์อาทิตย์ ควรเพิ่มอาจารย์ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ ควรมีการประเมินให้รางวัล และพัฒนาอาจารย์  ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า มีการจัดกิจกรรมมากเกินไป ตารางเรียนไม่คงที่ ควรจัดแข่งขัน ด้านวิชาการ ควรนำนิสิตไปศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่ ควรให้นิสิตมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการเรียนการสอน  ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก พบว่า ห้องสมุดเปิดไม่เป็นเวลา บรรณารักษ์พูดจาไม่เหมาะสม ห้องน้ำสกปรก บริเวณที่พักผ่อนมีกลิ่นบุหรี่เหม็น ในห้องเรียนสื่อทัศนูปกรณ์ไม่มีคุณภาพ แสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอ มีเสียงรบกวน ห้องเรียนไม่พอใช้ ไม่มีสถานที่เล่นกีฬาและไม่มีอุปกรณ์กีฬา ควรห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในบริเวณวิทยาลัย  ควรแยกห้องน้ำชาย หญิง บรรพชิต และคฤหัสถ์ ควรเพิ่มสื่อเกี่ยวกับภาษา และหนังสือที่ต้องศึกษาค้นคว้า ควรมีโรงอาหารมีสถานที่จอดรถให้เพียงพอ ควรมีรถบัสของวิทยาลัย และมีรถรับส่งนิสิต ควรมีน้ำดื่มสะอาดไว้บริการให้เพียงพอ ควรปรับปรุงระบบ wifi ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และครอบคลุม ควรห้ามเล่นเกมในห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ ควรจัดที่พักให้อาจารย์ครบทุกคนและติดป้ายชื่อไว้เพื่อให้นิสิตเข้าพบได้ง่าย

  The purpose of this study are 1) To study the student satisfaction 2) To determine the student satisfaction level based on their gender, social status, academic year and major, and 3) To indentify student’s problems, needs and recommendations on educational management through the survey research. The research was conducted at Nakhonphanom Buddhist College, Mahachulalongkorn rajavidyalaya University. A sample was selected by the purposive sampling approach. The data was collected from a sample of bachelor degree students at Nakhonphanom Buddhist College from years 1-4 who enrolled in classes in the second semester of 2013.  The questionnaires were completely filled by 226 students, comprising of 82 monk students, 46 novice monk students, 55 males and 43 females. A statistical program was used to calculate the percentage, average, standard deviation of the data and for comparing satisfaction with educational management amongst different student group.
The research shows that
1) The student’s overall satisfaction with education management is at the average point, as well as the satisfaction toward 4 aspects, namely, academic services, academic management, academic staff, and facilities. 2) The status and gender of the students did not affect their satisfaction with education management. However, different majors showed 3 significantly different aspects in the statistics regarding academic services, academic management and academic staff of 0.05. Students from each academic year rated their satisfaction with academic services with a statistical difference of .05. 3) Problems and solutions are as follows: Regarding academic services, no certain PR panel, late release of examination results, difficulty in finding an administrator when required and time-consuming academic affairs. The recommendations received are that there should be male administrators to provide services to Buddhist monk students and online registration should be initiated. Regarding the academic staff, some miss class too often. Some provide excessive assignments and activities and also lack teaching skills. Also, certain academic staff do not inform students when there is an unscheduled room change. They sometimes start and finish classes very late. They should not schedule any make-up classes on weekends. Students believe that the university should try hard to recruit academic staff with better assets. Teacher Evaluation is, thus, suggested for the program. When it concerns academic management, too many activities and an unstable schedule are the main downsides of the feedback from the survey research. Students believe they should be supported for academic competition events and outside seminars as well as being able to take part in learning management. For the facilities, the library service hours are not as scheduled with an inappropriate mannered librarian. Cigarette smoke is very disturbing in public areas. The rest of the problems are that the quality of instruction media equipment in the class is poor, lighting in the room is too dim with surrounding noisy disturbances, insufficient class rooms and no sports facilities at all. Students also suggest that lavatories need to be separated for ladies, gentlemen and monks, more textbooks or language learning books are needed. The university should also provide more space for the parking lots, canteens, buses for students and more fresh water. Furthermore, they should consider enhancing the Wi-Fi system, computer games should be forbidden, academic staff ought to be offered residence with their name and address stated clearly.
