Abstract

This academic article presents the virtual learning environment based on the development principle of 70:20:10 to enhance learning of employees in the multinational marketing corporation. The main idea represents the right combination virtual learning environment and the development principle 70:20:10 in the multinational corporation which has been adopted by many corporations to develop their human resources. This unique blended learning method of virtual learning and 70:20:10 opens the opportunities to engage both online learning and classroom to create collaborative learning within the organization. This facilitates career planning and hence elevates employees’ motivation, engagement, and loyalty to the corporation.
