THE EVALUATION OF HEALTH PROMOTION SCHOOL PROJECT UNDER SARABURI PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE IN CIPP MODEL

Abstract
This research aims 1. To study the Health Promoting Schools project. Under the jurisdiction of primary education in Saraburi on CIPP model (CIPP Model) 4 aspects: the context, inputs. Process And output. The study evaluated the health promoting school. Under the jurisdiction of primary education in Saraburi on CIPP model (CIPP Model) 4 aspects. Context: The input process and product and output and 2. To compare the Health Promoting Schools project. Under the jurisdiction of primary education in Saraburi. This study personal. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research include school administrators. Under the jurisdiction of primary education in the year 2560 of 264 Saraburi. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The sentiment survey was 0.94. And the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation. And one way analysis of variance.
The research found that: 1. Evaluation of Health Promoting Schools 4 were at a high level (µ=4.16, σ =0.23). The aspects include: 1) the context (µ=4.24, σ = 0.34) showed that health policies and services targeted to their needs. Target group and the suitability of the project. The overall high level. 2) Input (µ=4.24, σ = 0.42) showed that the budget, personnel and equipment. The overall high level. 3) The process of (µ=4.15, σ = 0.25) showed that the management plan. Activity in project implementation the overall high level. And 4) the yield (µ =4.04, σ = 0.16) showed that the impact on the project. Understanding health condition of the students and staff. Overall was good. 2. The analysis of comparative data to assess the health promoting school by gender, by age, by level of education. BY Experience By size of school the overall aspects and each aspect is no different.
