The Study of School Administration to be Excellency of Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn School Bangkok Network

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to study and compare teacher’s' opinion towards school administration to be excellency of Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn school Bangkok Network classified by age, education and work experience. The samples used in the research are 207 in Triam Udom Suksa Pattanakan office Bangkok, academic year 2021. The sample size was determined by using readymade tables of Cohen and stratified sampling method. The tools used for collecting data are questionnaires. The 5-level estimation scale rating scale questionnaire on the core competencies.The index of item Objective Congruence is  between  0.80 -1.00  and  Reliability  of  the  questionnaire  by  finding  Cronbach's  alpha coefficient.  got  confidence  equalto  0.969.  The statistics used in the data analysis were: frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, I value test (t-test), One-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe's post-hoc comparison method. The results of the research found that: 1) Teachers' opinion towards of school administration to be excellency of Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn school Bangkok Network were at the high level, as a whole and each aspect. 2) The results of the comparison of teachers' opinion of school administration to be excellency of Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn school Bangkok Network classified by age, education and work experience are as follows 2.1) Teachers with different work experience and different levels of age had different opinion on the level of school administration to be excellency of Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn school Bangkok Network At a whole, there was a statistically significant difference at level .05. 2.2) Teachers with different educational levels have different opinion on the level of school administration to be excellency of Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn school Bangkok Network Overall, has no difference.
