Abstract

          The objectives of this research are : 1. To develop and upgrade a comprehensive and accurate poverty alleviation platform (Provincial Poverty Alleviation Operating System : PPAOS), increasing opportunities for access to career development. Education and learning about technology and innovation To solve the problems of poverty and inequality in a precise and appropriate manner to the local context. It is an action research. The research tools include the PPAOS system and the poor household information system questionnaire at the administrative unit's area level. and manage area development funds There is 1 target group : Target households according to the TP MAP database in 2023 total 3,456 households in the main target area of 7 districts, including Kaset Wisai District, Pho Chai District, Changhan District, Thawatchaburi District, Pathumrat District, Suvarnabhumi District and Phon Sai District, secondary target areas are other districts in Roi Et Province, apart from the 7 main target districts.
