บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยทำวิจัยประจักษ์ทำการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์การ บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการศึกษาการพัฒนาเมืองในส่วนของการพัฒนาด้านโลจิสติกส์ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้บริษัทไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการขนส่งพัสดุ และไปรษณีย์ภัณฑ์แก่ประชาชนในการพัฒนาผลการดำเนินงานขององค์การ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ความสามารถด้านการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ และความสามารถด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันขององค์การ ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันที่ส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์การ ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด ดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นจากผู้จัดการสำนักงานสาขาขององค์การ ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด จำนวน 463 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ความสามารถด้านการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ และความสามารถด้านการบริหารมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันขององค์การ ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด และ (2) ความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์การ ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด
